As our Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for leading brand building, digital marketing, channel marketing, and product positioning to make our products a household name in India.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Market Positioning- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy for Tigorr smartphones & devices in India.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insights to position the brands effectively.
- Define the unique brand value proposition (USP) for Tigorr products, ensuring differentiation in the market .
- Work with product and sales teams to ensure that brand messaging is aligned across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline) that drive sales, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Optimize marketing budgets to achieve the best ROI, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with high impact .
- Align brand strategy with seasonal sales, festival campaigns, and product launches .
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across TV, print, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and retail branding.
- Oversee high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, Flipkart, Amazon, and OTT platforms .
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Drive SEO, website traffic, and conversion optimization strategies .
- Implement WhatsApp, Telegram, and Referral Marketing strategies for organic growth.
- Develop low-cost, high-impact retail marketing strategies to boost offline sales through distributors and retailers.
- Work closely with the Sales & Distribution team to plan trade promotions, branding materials, and dealer incentives.
- Ensure POS (Point of Sale) branding , in-store activations, and product demo campaigns in retail outlets.
- Leverage WhatsApp Business, SMS Marketing, and Micro-Influencer Networks for regional marketing.
- Build strategic partnerships with tech influencers, YouTubers, and social media creators for product endorsements.
- Plan and execute barter collaborations & paid campaigns with top-tier and regional influencers .
- Drive press releases, media outreach, and brand PR initiatives to improve brand credibility.
- Oversee content creation for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Blogs .
- Define and execute a strong e-commerce marketing strategy to boost sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website.
- Work with the E-commerce team to optimize product listings, SEO, and ad placements.
- Implement affiliate marketing programs, influencer codes, and referral discounts .
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior insights .
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM data, and customer insights to make informed marketing decisions.
- Regularly A/B test ad creatives, pricing strategies, and brand messaging for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in Brand & Marketing Leadership for Smartphones, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG.
- Prior experience in handling 360-degree marketing campaigns with an understanding of both digital & offline marketing.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian smartphone & consumer electronics market , including customer behavior in Tier 2/3 cities .
- Strong background in D2C, E-commerce, and Retail Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon & Flipkart PPC).
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, Referral & Affiliate Marketing.
- Ability to develop cost-effective, high-impact branding campaigns.
- Strong experience in Retail & Channel Marketing (Distributor, Dealer & Retailer Promotions).
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams .
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and sales professionals.
- Strong collaboration skills with the Product, Sales & Distribution teams .
- Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in Google Analytics, CRM, and Ad Campaign Reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in marketing budget allocation to achieve the best ROI.
