What you'll do

  • Build end-to-end influencer campaign strategies for Instagram Reels/Stories and YouTube Shorts/Long-form.
  • Track category trends daily and convert them into repeatable hooks & formats.
  • Create high-fit creator shortlists using data (audience, geography, brand safety, past performance) and qualitative signals.
  • Write clear creative briefs creators
    want
    to execute; partner with Creative, Ops, and Brand teams to ship on time.
  • Own campaign pacing, budget allocation, and optimization; recommend creator mix changes based on performance.
  • Maintain playbooks, benchmarks, and POVs by industry (beauty, FMCG, auto, fintech, etc.).

Must-haves

  • Fluency in Instagram & YouTube ecosystems (algorithms, formats, analytics, RPMs, retention, audience overlap).
  • Healthily "embarrassing" screen time + great judgment on what actually performs.
  • Comfort with numbers: CPV/CPE/CAC thinking, reach curves, frequency, cohort performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building creator rosters and negotiating price/value.
  • Familiarity with tools like Creator Studio, YouTube Analytics, Tubular/SocialBlade, Sheets, and lightweight BI.
  • Exposure to A/B testing hooks, thumbnails, or editing patterns.

KPIs you'll own

  • Strategy-to-live time, shortlist quality hit-rate, CPV/CPE vs. benchmark, watch-through/retention, share saves/comments ratio, creator on-time delivery, and post-campaign brand lift (where applicable).
