Job Summary:


• The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is a senior executive responsible for identifying,


• assessing, monitoring,


• Mitigating internal and external risks that could impact the organization's operations, reputation, or financial performance.

Responsibilities: -


• Define and implement the organization's Rating, Grading & Assessment strategy


• Lead the Analytical team across sectors and products.


• Ensure alignment of all practices with the organization's long-term goals.


• Contribute to corporate strategy and regulatory positioning


• Ensure analytical rigor, consistency, and transparency in all ratings


• Oversee adherence to internal policies and global best practices.


• Manage all types of committees and ensure robust decision-making processes.


• Monitor post-performance and adjust methodologies when necessary.


• Develop, review, and update all methodologies and models.


• Ensure all methodologies are data-driven and reflect current market dynamics.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines


• Interface with regulators, respond to audits and regulatory findings.


• Implement internal controls and ensure documentation compliance


• Act as a key contact point for large issuers, investors, and regulators.


• Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and industry bodies.


• Communicate decisions, methodologies, and updates to stakeholders clearly.


• Recruit, train, and retain top analytical talent.


• Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and analytical excellence.


• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.

B.Com, M.Com or MBA ( Finance)
