Sales & Business Development Executive, US timezone
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with knowledge in marketing and experience working in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, cold calling, and other business development activities to expand our client base. This is a role with flexibility to work in the US time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
•Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them to conversion
•Cold call potential clients to introduce the company's services and products
•Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team or management
•Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in international markets
•Develop and implement outreach strategies to target potential clients
•Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with marketing efforts
•Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular updates on sales progress
•Assist with closing deals, if needed, through effective communication and negotiation
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in international markets
•Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote capacity
•Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and track performance
•Familiarity with cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
•Ability to work in the US time zone.
Preferred:
•Experience working in diverse industries and handling clients from multiple regions
•Prior experience in both B2B sales
•Ability to multitask and meet targets within a remote setup
