Job Overview


We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at CN Solutions. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design.
  • Good analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage email content, including copywriting, imagery, and call-to-action.
  • Segment and target audience based on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize email deliverability and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on email marketing campaign results to stakeholders.
