Role and Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing email marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B approach, with a focus on coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.

- Utilizing customer data to create targeted and segmented audiences for each message, with the goal of increasing engagement.

- Conducting A/B testing to optimize message content, subject lines, call-to action buttons, segments, send times, and new features to improve performance.

- Collaborating with designers to enhance email creative and template structure based on industry best practices.

- Ensuring that emails are delivered correctly across devices and email clients.

- Providing regular performance reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue, unsubscribes, and more.

- Designing and executing direct email marketing campaigns and writing newsletters to communicate company updates.

- Upgrading email templates through the use of graphics, personalization, and advanced features.

- Maintaining prompt and accurate communication with clients to reduce unsubscribes.

- Creating email databases for lead generation and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Reporting on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts. - Writing skills to produce catchy emails to increase the engagement database - Setup the production email and increase the open rate of user

Skills & Educational Requirements:

We are seeking a marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of focused expertise in email strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Key qualifications include:

- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation software

- In-depth knowledge of cross-selling, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies

- Proven ability to deliver compelling creative and messages for different customer segments

- A self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans and drive results

- The individual must have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS company
