Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, youll work closely with experienced recruiters and business leaders to source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain deep insight into recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and internal networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and assist in managing candidate communications
- Support in drafting JDs, job postings, and employer branding content
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipelines in the ATS Collaborate with senior recruiters on strategic hiring projects
