JobOverview:Weare seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITservice management with a focus on delivering highquality servicesto internal and external stakeholders. The IT Service DeliveryManager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionalsensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficientmanner and maintaining strong relationships with clients andvendors.Responsibilities:
  • Overseethe delivery of IT services to internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Manage a team of IT professionalsproviding leadership and guidance.
  • Develop andimplement service delivery strategies to meet the needs of clientsand stakeholders.
  • Ensure that service levelagreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
  • Monitorand analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients and vendors.
  • Workclosely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new businessopportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with industrytrends and bestpractices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in IT servicemanagement.
  • Strong leadership and communicationskills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in ITIL and other servicemanagement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT productsand services.
  • Valid drivers license andreliabletransportation.
