Service Delivery Manager

Infotel UK, a leading provider of IT consulting and services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and improve service delivery processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of service delivery professionals.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations and operational issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role.
- Proven track record in delivering IT services and meeting SLAs.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner are desirable.
