3.Training andDevelopment:
Identify training needs and coordinate trainingprograms.
Support career development initiatives foremployees.
4.PerformanceManagement:
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance tomanagers.
Monitor employee performance and facilitate feedbacksessions.
5.Compensation andBenefits:
Administer compensation and benefitsprograms.
Ensure compliance with compensation policies andregulations.
6.HRAdministration:
Maintain employee records and HRdatabases.
Prepare HR reports and metrics formanagement.
Requirements Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR professional or similarrole.
Knowledge of HR functions and bestpractices.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field(preferred).
HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is aplus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time managementabilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR softwaretools

Responsibilities: Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, andestablish relationships with international suppliers to sourcehigh-quality products at competitive prices. Negotiation: Negotiatefavorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to optimizecost savings while maintaining product quality and deliverytimelines. Order Processing: Coordinate the processing of purchaseorders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies andimport regulations. Logistics Management: Work closely withlogistics partners to arrange efficient and cost-effectivetransportation of imported goods, ensuring timely delivery towarehouses or production facilities. Inventory Management:Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain optimalinventory levels, minimizing stock outs and excess inventory.Documentation: Ensure all import documentation, including customsclearance and shipping documents, are accurately prepared andsubmitted in compliance with regulatory requirements. RiskManagement: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risksrelated to import purchases, such as supply chain disruptions,currency fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Communication:Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders,including production, sales, and finance teams, to provide updateson purchase orders, delivery schedules, and any relevant issues.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics,such as supplier performance, purchase costs, and lead times, toidentify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, SupplyChain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in importpurchasing, preferably in (industry). Excellent communicationskills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).Additional language skills are a plus. Strong negotiation skillsand the ability to build and maintain effective relationships withinternational suppliers. Proficiency in import regulations andcustoms procedures. Detail-oriented with strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meettight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and experience with procurement software ispreferred.
