Position Summary:The Team Lead (Technical Department) will be responsible to define and document technical architecture, solution designs, and development standards for NetSuite implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

Responsibilities:Lead technical design sessions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite technical solutions.Define and document technical architecture, solution designs, and development standards for NetSuite implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.Design, develop, and customize NetSuite solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations, to meet complex business requirements.Evaluate and recommend NetSuite customization options, tools, and technologies to optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.Configure and manage NetSuite environments, including sandbox, development, testing, and production instances, to support development and deployment activities.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and functional consultants to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.Manage technical aspects of NetSuite integrations with third-party systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of NetSuite customizations and integrations to identify and resolve technical issues.Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities and optimizing existing solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite development and 2 years in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in ERP systems and cloud technologies.Expertise in NetSuite customization and development, including SuiteScript (SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0, and SuiteScript 2.1), SuiteTalk, SuiteQL, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow.In-depth understanding of the NetSuite data model, record types, workflows, and customization capabilities.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JQuery, HTML, and CSS for frontend customization and web development.Experience with NetSuite integrations using RESTlets, SOAP web services, and other integration tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.NetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or Administrator is a plus.
