Experience:

1-4 years

Key Responsibilities:Client Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.Sales Growth : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.Project Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.Market Research : Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.Problem Solving : Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience in account management, or a related role.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proactivity : Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attitude : Results-driven, client-focused, and a team player.
