We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
2.Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and offerings for clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
3.Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
4.Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in (insert industry or sector).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans and strategies.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
