Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Circle Infra Head (CIH) to lead the MPCG Circle from our base location in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations and maintenance of telecom infrastructure across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance for the entire MPCG Circle.

Ensure 24x7 uptime of network infrastructure including Data Centers, SMPS, DC/AC power systems, and other passive infrastructure.

Oversee the operations and health of Power Utilities Infrastructure (PUI), Battery Banks, DG sets. and Power Banks.

Implement effective preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies.

Drive energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Monitor and improve SLA adherence, network availability, and fault management.

Vendor management and performance tracking.

Key Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge in Data Center operations, SMPS, DC/AC systems, PIU, Battery Bank, Power Bank, DG operations, and Breakdown Maintenance.

Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure management, preferably in telecom.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience in managing large teams and multi-vendor environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
