Job Description:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content tailored to high school students aspiring to study abroad. This includes writing essays, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and other application-related documents. The content writer will play a crucial role in helping students articulate their experiences, goals, and aspirations effectively, ensuring their applications stand out.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    Write, edit, and proofread content for various purposes including essays, SOPs, personal statements, and other academic documents.

2.    Collaborate with students to understand their backgrounds, achievements, and goals to create personalised and compelling narratives.

3.    Research and stay updated on the latest trends and requirements in study abroad applications and educational content.

4.    Work closely with the consulting team to ensure the content aligns with the student’s profiles and the application guidelines of target universities.

5.    Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all writing assignments.

6.    Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates related to study abroad topics.

7.    Provide feedback and revisions based on student and consultant input to refine and improve content quality.

8.    Ensure all content is original, error-free, and adheres to the highest standards of academic writing.


Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

·     Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the education or consulting sector.

·     Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

·     Strong understanding of the study abroad application process and the requirements of different universities.

·     Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and team members.

·     Creativity and the ability to craft compelling and unique narratives that highlight students’ strengths and aspirations.
