You will be required to understand the business levers which impact our revenue across India, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and the Philippines and build financial models for EBITDA based on current outlook and scenario planning based on risks and mitigations.A great benefits package is offered in a culture where career development, with ongoing manager guidance, collaboration, flexibility, diversity, and inclusivity are all intrinsic to our culture. What You Will Be Doing: Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts to guide on EBITDA achievement for multiple geographies. Prepare monthly/quarterly performance and budgeting documents and scenario planning based on assessment of risks and opportunities. Monitor financial performance metrics, analysing variances against budgets and forecasts using Tableau and Salesforce and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth via financial analysis. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals in both India and Australia. Provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions. Partner with sales, marketing, central global teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business strategies and forecasting. Provide financial training and support to non-financial managers to enhance understanding of financial principles.
