Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging new clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be critical in presenting optimal solutions and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in residential, commercial, and industrial markets for solar solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and customer requirements.
  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals, including project scope, timelines, costs, and financing options.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Relevant Degree with Minimum 2+ year Work Experience in Solar or Similar Field
  • B.Tech (EEE/ECE/Mech) or MBA with relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, in the solar solutions industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., CRM) and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Other Requirements:

  • Male candidates residing in the Palakkad region are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits.
  • Valid 2-wheeler license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
