Simora combines data, storytelling, and AI to help teams create high-performing video content without the chaos of manual coordination, slow turnarounds, or endless revisions.Our goal is simple: make creative execution as fast and intelligent as thinking itself.We already work with top brands — including publicly listed giants like Dabur and Philips, and leading startups such as IndiaMart, Seekho, Stage, and Neenams.Now we’re building the dream team behind the dream.What You’ll Do…As the Founding Head of People & Culture, you’ll build the soul of Simora — the systems, values, and rituals that define how we attract, grow, and retain world-class talent.You’ll:Design and implement Simora’s hiring architecture — from identifying top talent to building scalable recruiting systems.Build a culture that people brag about, rooted in trust, autonomy, and creativity.Partner directly with founders to define Simora’s org structure, compensation, performance systems, and growth paths.Own employee experience end-to-end — onboarding, development, recognition, and retention.Create policies and people processes that enable speed and innovation without killing startup agility.Launch creative talent branding and hiring campaigns that make Simora irresistible to top performers.Serve as the bridge between founders and team, ensuring communication flows, conflicts resolve, and ideas rise fast.Shape diversity, inclusion, and learning programs that make Simora future-ready.Bring in exceptional talent — from vetted creative pros (content strategists, video editors, storytellers) to top-tier tech minds (engineers, AI specialists, developers) who’ll build the future of AI-driven creativity.You’re not just doing HR — you’re architecting how humans and AI can build together.You Might Be a Fit If You’ve…1.
