We're Hiring: Tender Executive – Railways (GeM & IREPS Experienced)

Location: Kolkata | Full-time

Company: Genex Tech Industries LLP – Leading manufacturer of Railways Rolling Stock

We are seeking a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) portals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the end-to-end tendering process, documentation, and compliance requirements for government and railway contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, download, and manage relevant tenders on GeM and IREPS

Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents accurately and on time

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial inputs

Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines

Liaise with railway officials, consultants, and authorities when required.

Have knowledge about QAP.


Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years' experience handling tenders on GeM & IREPS

Good knowledge of government procurement processes & documentation

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PDF handling)

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
