Role & Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns by identifying customer segments and key messages.
  • Plan and execute the GTM strategy for new games/features for existing users
  • Generate insights to create product marketing interventions that enhance feature visibility and address business challenges.
  • Plan and implement complex lifecycle journeys via multiple channels such as Push, Whatsapp and Plotline
  • Managing the in-app communication across features and user lifecycle


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Should have deep experience with Lifecycle management tools- Clever Tap/ Moengage/Plotline/Gupshup
  • Must have a good understanding of data analysis and A/B testing methods
  • Good hold on copywriting & attention to detail
  • Conceptual understanding of product marketing & its different elements
  • Should be able to take initiative and drive things independently
