Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Associates to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and English, with strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with clients.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and assisting the sales cycle. Candidates should have a basic understanding of business development, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings.
  • Assist senior team members in client acquisition and sales follow-ups.
  • Maintain client database and update leads using CRM tools.
  • Prepare basic reports on client meetings, leads, and conversion status.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years in Business Development / Sales (freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Languages: Fluency in Kannada & English (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and handling objections.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools / lead generation tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs.
  • Education: Master's Degree (completed or pursuing) in related filed.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance).
