The ideal candidate will identify skill gaps, enhance team capabilities,and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans.● Design and deliver engaging training modules and workshops.● Train new joiners to become job-ready and perform their assigned tasks effectively.● Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training documentation.● Use Microsoft 365 tools to design presentations, track performance, and reportoutcomes.● Measure training effectiveness and share progress reports with management.● Support implementation of new digital and AI-based learning tools.● Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload courses, trackprogress, and generate reports.Required Skills:● Minimum 3+ years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training (Educational ContentWriting Background preferred)● Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).● Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.● Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.● Exposure to AI-driven learning or digital training tools (preferred).Qualification:● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.● Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
