The Successful Applicant - The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, preferably post-MBA, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR business partnering & HR analytics exposure.- They should bring prior experience from structured, process-driven organizations (ideally from Paints, FMCG, or FMCD sectors), and demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analytics skills.
