Job Title: Oracle Fusion Core HR & ORC

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HR & ORC to provide end-to-end support and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a strong focus on Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Core HR and ORC modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within agreed SLAs.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Configure, test, and implement system enhancements, patches, and new features.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and smooth integration with other HCM modules.

Prepare documentation, user guides, and deliver end-user training as required.

Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 plus years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with strong expertise in Core HR and ORC.

Solid understanding of HCM business processes, HR operations, and recruiting workflows.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Experience in system configurations, testing, and production support.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
