Product Marketing Executive

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Product Marketing team at Contify and will play a key role in maximizing Contify's growth by converting market demand with powerful storytelling, reducing friction in the buying process, and delivering market insights that empower the teams to win.
Your role will involve working on go-to-market strategies, conducting market and competitive research, and supporting positioning and messaging efforts. You'll also contribute to sales enablement and create engaging content across various formats, including product web pages, emails, one-pagers, explainer videos, and other content initiatives.
This is a high-growth role that role requires someone who is not only passionate about product marketing and B2B enterprise SaaS but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of Contify’s SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-market strategyDevelop subject matter expertise in Contify's products, target markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends. Use this understanding to build and continuously refine Contify's go-to-market strategies.Support research to define market segments, ICPs, and buyer personas. Create and maintain internal training tools that provide product definitions, positioning, and messaging for target buyers, and insights on ICPs and buyer personas.Coordinate and drive product launch campaigns in collaboration with PMs, including crafting positioning and messaging for each launch that resonates with our target buyers.
Product Content DevelopmentOwn creation and updation of website pages focused on products, features, solutions, industries, and functions infused with competitive differentiation, aligned messaging, and compelling storytelling. Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams where required.Own creation and updations of product interactive demo tours, videos, visuals, product update blogs, and other necessary product marketing materials.Guide marketing teams by vetting content pieces to keep our positioning and messaging consistent across different marketing assets, including blogs, newsletters, e-books, whitepapers, reports, webinars, events, and more.
Market and Competitive IntelligenceMaintain and enhance our competitive collateral - battlecards, decks, docs, and our Contify instance (CI platform for tracking Contify’s competitors).Conduct informative sessions on competitive landscape developments to enable the GTM team to compete better, enabling them to strategize effectively.
Sales EnablementDesign and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and Contify demo deliverables to empower the sales team with compelling materials that drive deal success.Support outbound and ABM efforts by providing strategic inputs on target buyers and arming teams with the right content, collaterals, and resources required to succeed.
Customer MarketingOwn and enhance our online review management platform, which includes G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and more. Source and manage customer reviews on these platforms, helping drive credibility and customer acquisition.Vetting customer case studies and providing strategic inputs to the content team for consistent product positioning and messaging.
Qualifications:
Exceptional research, strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills. You love to solve unstructured business problems and taking up challenging projects.Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. You can explain complex problems and solutions in simple and compelling ways.You are a team player and can work with different stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, executives, etc) to maximize the impact of your initiatives.You are organized, curious & detail-oriented. You deep dive into the details of the product, market, competitors, and customers and embed this understanding into your marketing activities.You have a curious, and self-starter attitude who takes active ownership and can learn quickly by utilizing the provided resources, and independently.You have a deep passion for building extraordinary technology product, cultures, brand, and customer experience.Experience in Product Marketing, Market Research, SaaS Content Marketing, or Consulting preferred.
