Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales and Marketing to lead our inside sales and content-driven marketing efforts for our software products and solutions in Automotive Data Analytics domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and creating compelling marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Inside Sales Management: Lead the inside sales efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Marketing
Content-Driven Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that engages and educates our target audience.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media content, and email campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B2C and B2B software industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve shared goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
