Tracking competition launches, marketing campaigns, pricing schemes/offers, analysing financial results and providing actionable inputs to the team
Performing competition survey and pricing analysis, developing marketing collaterals, pricing strategy & launch planning
Working with the various teams to define, test and integrate new tech initiatives/digital initiatives across pre-sales and sales
Tracking the progress of leads from origin to closure, mapping the journey, analysing performance viz sources & sub-sources, determining ROI and providing inputs for future campaigns
Tracking customer experience via customer surveys and experience at sales offices.
Analysing and refining the sales process to make it more seamless and error free
Conducing audits of leads across pre-sales and sales to monitor and track team performance.
Coordinating marketing campaigns and requirements for various projects across different channels.
Lead go-to-market planning for product launches both within and outside the real estate industry, overseeing end-to-end execution.
Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate products, from market research and development to marketing and sales execution.
