We’re on a mission to grow our D2C presence, expand across marketplaces, and deliver delightful experiences at every touchpoint.We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to execute campaigns, track performance, and support marketplace growth initiatives.Role OverviewThis is a practical, execution-focused role for a candidate with 4–5 years of experience in D2C growth or marketplace operations. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, monitor KPIs, and scale our D2C and marketplace presence.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Performance TrackingSupport achieving weekly and monthly sales growth targets.Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and report gaps.Execute marketplace campaigns, ad spends, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.2. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance.Build dashboards to track KPIs and growth metrics.Support revenue forecasting and performance analysis using Excel.3. Marketplace & Channel SupportExecute campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize campaigns.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with marketing, operations, design, and finance teams for timely execution.Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.5.
