The candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing office operations smoothly.Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.- Manage courier entries — incoming & outgoing.- Maintain visitor logs, basic attendance entries, and front desk records.- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office management tasks.- Handle filing, documentation, and basic data entry.- Support day-to-day office operations efficiently.Required Skills & Experience- 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin roles.- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).- Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.- Immediate joiners preferred.SalaryCompetitive salary based on industry standards.How to ApplyShare your CV at or call for shortlisting.Immediate joiners required.
