Job Title: Project Manager – IT (CRM Domain) with CLM Support CapabilityEmployer: Tech MahindraEmployment Type: Full-TimeDomain: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)Experience Level: 10+ years in IT project management, with CRM and CLM exposure️ Role OverviewTech Mahindra is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – IT (CRM Domain) to lead strategic CRM initiatives for our global client, , a leader in specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindra’s Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scope- Manage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)- Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga)- Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registers- Ensure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standards- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies- Identify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimizationRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM domain- Working knowledge of CLM platforms and contract workflows- Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, customer engagement, and analytics- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills- Experience working in a global delivery model with offshore/onshore coordination- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologiesPreferred Attributes- Prior experience working with chemical or manufacturing clients- Exposure to CRM-CLM integration strategies- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus- Passion for digital transformation and customer-centric innovationPl share your profile to Simson Arputharaj Y
