This role will focus on modernizing the legacy tech stack as well enhancing the moderntech stack with help of product & innovation teams. Ensureprocess and culture change and improvise software architecture.• Optimize the product and feature roadmap assessing priorities and trade-offs between customerexperience, time-to-market, and operational support load.• Champion Technology Solutions that Build Customer Trust: Lead the design and implementation ofsecure, reliable, and scalable systems that prioritize data privacy, uptime, and user experience toenhance customer confidence and long-term loyalty.• Leverage Technology to Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to developinnovative tech-enabled products and platforms that unlock new revenue streams, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and support scalable business expansion.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology projects (cloud, SaaS, enterprisesolutions, or digital transformation).Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (software, QA, DevOps, cloud, data).Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
