Job Description:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to support our talent acquisition needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and source, screen, and present qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and experience in using various sourcing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements for open positions.
  • Develop Job Descriptions: Assist in creating and refining job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Source Candidates: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, , networking, and other recruitment tools to find potential candidates.
  • Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
  • Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history and qualifications.
  • Negotiate Offers: Assist in negotiating salary and other terms of employment between the client and the candidate.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in startup.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in using Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
