Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Thane
Tigde Law Firm is a multi-practice legal firm located in Thane, Maharashtra, India. It provides a range of legal services to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Thane and greater Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Led by Advocate Sachin S. Tigde, the firm has established a reputation for its work across several key areas of Indian law.
We're looking for a motivated candidate who's eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning of HR and admin tasks.
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Support office management tasks, including vendor coordination and office supplies.

Requirements:
- A candidate must possess degree in management/commerce or MBA (HR)/MMS/MCOM.
- Must possess your own laptop.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
