About the Role: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who blends design fundamentals + practical execution - someone who thinks in first principles, is AI-native, learns fast, and is excited to solve problems from the ground reality of how people actually browse, click, compare, and convert. This role sits between product design (UI/UX of websites/apps/flows) and marketing design (campaign visuals, landing pages, conversion storytelling). Freshers are welcome to apply Key Responsibilities: 1. Design UI layouts, web screens & responsive structures 2. Convert briefs into flow-based wireframes and clean UI 3. Create UX prototypes in Figma for A/B and hypothesis testing 4. Work with product + marketing to improve conversion journeys 5. Design banners, hero visuals, landing pages for campaigns 6. Assist in building/maintaining our design system 7. Collaborate on micro-copy, layout, CTA thought flow 8. Think like a problem-solver - not a decorator Tools / Software Exposure 1. Figma (core) 2. FigJam/ Miro (flows/whiteboarding) 3. Photoshop/ Illustrator 4. AI Tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Genspark) - AI-native mindset preferred Mindset & Attributes We Value: 1.
