Role and Responsibilities:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ordered replacements whenever required.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance regularly.
- Monitor and manage office security and access.
- Collaborate with local businesses and services, such as catering, printing, and courier services, to meet the office's needs while identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses to enhance office services and support.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Address parking-related challenges, including employee parking allocation, visitor parking, and parking policies.
- Participate in office revamping, furniture and equipment procurement, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance to ensure a well-optimized, comfortable, and inspiring work environment.
- Establish and manage vendor relationships by coordinating services, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, processing invoices, and monitoring service quality.

Best suited for candidates who:

- Excellent communication (Fluent in Marathi) and interpersonal abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education or relevant certification, is a plus.
- Proven experience in handling administrative activities like operations and maintenance of store room, pantry, office area, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting processes and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic electrical knowledge.
