Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge of HP Switching, Extreme Wireless, and Aruba Wireless networks .
  • Manage ASA Firewalls and Network Access Control with a solid understanding of routing protocols.
  • Ensure smooth operations of global data center (DC) and disaster recovery (DR) environments with knowledge of Active-Active DC architecture.
  • Utilize network monitoring tools for performance evaluation and troubleshooting.
  • Quickly understand and implement complex network designs, including DC LAN and Network hub applications.
  • Create detailed network documentation and diagrams for upgrades, designs, and procedures.
  • Take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Engage with vendors for escalated support and troubleshooting.
  • Plan and execute network changes, analyze failed changes, and provide solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and global customers, ensuring customer focus and quality results.


Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on experience in a global operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of HP Switching, Extreme Wireless, and Aruba Wireless is essential.
  • Familiarity with ASA Firewall, Network Access Control, and routing protocols is preferred.
  • Exposure to Cloud & Data Center architecture (e.g., Active-Active DC).
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and ITIL service management processes.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
