Job profile –
· 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, preferably in the BPO, Telecom, International Process, IT and Non IT Industry.
· Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
· Strong experience needed on Naukri, Career Builder (CB) , Monster, Indeed, Vendor Management System (VMS).
· Should be good in prioritizing requirements based on technology, rates, location.
· Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment life cycle hire to retire.
· Active listening skills and good communication capability. Preferred Knowledge:
Do not carry any laptop, pend drive, any storage devices or any electronic item.
