BRINGING IT TO THE ROLEKFC is looking for an experienced, business-oriented, hands-on

Business Development expert

to join our growing team.What will you be doing?Streamlining the focus on priority trade areasBuild relationship and collaboration with internal stakeholders, franchise BD team, and external stakeholdersLeverage Market Mapping data to build 25-30% of total build from Top citiesPartner with Franchisees to identify, support and build strong inventoriesMarket Understanding/ Visits: Build know-how on regions in terms of key Performance Metrics by visiting the cities and understanding potential and challenges and designing solutions to be able to support our goal of explosive restaurant expansion.Encourage Franchisees by ensuring readiness with inventories, thus strengthening the rolling pipeline.Franchisee Support & Collaborationa. Building data driven expansion strategy for the Franchisee partnerb. Strengthen partnership with franchisee real estate/ development teams for smooth roll out of network expansion strategy.c. Trade area pipeline creation for New Store Locationsd. Micro-market study in existing cities; Tracking city evolutions & new city prospects.e. Assist the team in gap analysis and outline opportunities for developing new formats.f. Assess & identify store opportunities in existing & new marketsg. Collaborate with Cross functional teams such as Finance and Marketing to build a robust framework for expansion strategy.Project Management:a. Ensure high quality and on time deliverable to Franchisees.Spearhead the agenda/ discussion point planning and analytics for business review meetings monthly.

We are looking for someone with a:3 to 6 years of relevant experience across Business Development, Market Planning and AnalyticsMBA (Tier1/Tier2)Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical and organizational skills.Ability to direct, lead and motivate teamExceptional problem-solving ability and solution-oriented approach
