Responsibilities: PayrollProcessing: Coordinate and execute theendtoend payroll process for national employees and expatsincluding salary calculations deductions allowances bonuses andstatutorycompliance.
StatutoryCompliance: Ensure compliance with allapplicable labour laws tax regulations and statutory requirementsrelated to payroll including PF (Provident Fund) ESI PT(Professional Tax) TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and other statutorydeductions.
DataManagement: Maintain accurate anduptodate employee payroll data including employee informationattendance records leave balances and other relevant details in thepayrollsystem.
SalaryDisbursement: Coordinate the timelydisbursement of salaries and reimbursements to employees throughthe designated payment channels ensuring accuracy and adherence topaymentschedules.
EmployeeInquiries : Serve as the primary point ofcontact for employee inquiries related to payroll tax deductionssalary statements and other payrollrelated matters. Provide timelyand accurate responses to employee queries andconcerns.
CriteriaforResource:
  • Bachelors degree inaccounting.
  • 8 years ofexperience in payroll processing preferably in a multinational orlargescaleorganization.
  • Strongunderstanding of Indian payroll laws tax regulations and statutorycompliancerequirements.
  • Proficiencyin SAP payroll software and MS Office applications andExcel.
  • Excellentnumerical aptitude and attention todetail.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
