Job Overview:


As a Senior Executive in Performance Marketing at Nykaa, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing high-impact campaigns across various digital channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive data-driven strategies to achieve key performance indicators, enhance user engagement, and maximize return on ad spend. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, a knack for analytical thinking, and a passion for scaling brand impact through paid media.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Management & Execution:

- Plan, launch, and optimize app-focused paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and programmatic networks.

- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop effective ad creatives tailored to different audiences.

- Manage the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and meet install and revenue targets.


2. Optimization & Performance Tracking

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing campaigns based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve efficiency.

- Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, bidding, and other elements to refine campaigns and drive continuous improvement.


3. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track and report performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.

- Provide detailed insights and recommendations on campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting actionable optimizations.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with the content, creative, and brand marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are consistent with Nykaa’s brand voice and resonate with target audiences.

- Partner with the analytics team to improve reporting accuracy and gather deeper insights into customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.


5. Market Research & Trend Spotting

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools/technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

- Contribute ideas and strategies for seasonal campaigns, mega-sales events, and new product launches.


6. Budget Management

- Assist in managing and optimizing campaign budgets to achieve optimal spend efficiency and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Work with senior team members to allocate budgets across channels based on performance insights and campaign priorities.



Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced industry.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
