Brickwork Ratings is actively looking for an ideal candidate to lead the credit rating in the Securitization division of the BFSI Sector

Primary Responsibility

  • To lead a team of senior analysts handling credit analysis of the Securitization Transactions/ Structured Finance products
  • Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments
  • Overseeing and guiding the team stressing the analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
  • Be hands-on with the financial analysis and ready to take up the role of an analyst when required
  • Motivating and encouraging the team to improve upon the quality of analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions
  • Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
  • Client interaction and managing good relations

Competency and Skills:

  • Analytical expertise in structured finance products including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.
  • Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially related to the credit rating segment
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency: Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment of Securitization Transactions / Structured Finance Products

Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in the financial domain or an equivalent qualification

Work Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years of work experience in credit rating of Securitization Transactions / Structured Finance Products

Candidates having relevant experience in Credit Rating Agencies / Banking / Financial Services Industry will be considered

Immediate / Early Joiners would be preferred.
