They act as the bridge between technical expertise and business needs, helping drive AI sales and revenue growth. Location: Mumbai Role and Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's AI products, services,and solutions. Stay updated on the latestAI technologies and trends in the industry. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential clients to assess their AI related needsand business challenges. Understand their objectives and pain points, and provide tailored AI solutions. Solution Presentations: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the AI capabilities and benefits of the company's offerings. Address technical queries and concernsfrom potential clients. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, proposals, and responses to RFPs relatedto AI projects. Provide technical guidance for pricing and contracts. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and execution of AI PoCs for potential clients, demonstrating how the company's AI solutions can address specific business problems. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback during the pre-sales process and communicate it to the product development team to enhanceAI products or services. Documentation: Create and maintain technicaldocumentation, case studies, and AI solution guides that can be shared with customers.
