·1-4 years of experience in technicalsupport, preferably in an international voice process environment.
·Strong troubleshooting skills withthe ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
·Proficiency in communication, bothverbal and written, with fluency in English for international customerinteractions.
·Familiarity with operating systems(Windows, MacOS), software applications, and basic networking concepts.
·Customer-centric approach with afocus on delivering high-quality support and solutions.
·Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
·Experience with CRM systems andticketing tools for incident management and tracking.
·Flexibility to work in rotationalshifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
