Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Saraswathipuram, Mysore

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Saraswathipuram, Mysore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of business leads and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
