Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mysore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks also include market research, lead generation, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or relevant field
- Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Goal-setting abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
