Area Sales Executive – HORECA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Area Sales Executive (HORECA)
to drive sales, build strong business relationships, and expand our presence in the
Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering segment
. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the HORECA segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities to showcase product value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in
    HORECA / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA channel and existing industry network preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
