The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining records of calls, updating customer information, and preparing reports.Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage customer inquiries and generate leads- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
