Responsibilities:This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, HR Operations Services for India including but not limited to: Staffing: Responsible for partnering with internal team and external agency to do the sourcing, screening, hiring of the candidates as per Bruker process. Partners with the business to sustain a culture of consistent transparency, demonstrated fairness in employee dealings, and compliance to Bruker’s Code of ConductAdministers HR operations processes in the areas of onboarding, work pass management, confirmation of employment, staff movements and off-boarding (complying to regulatory requirements).Creates and maintains employees’ records in HR systems and personal files.Administer leave, leave accrual & actuarial valuation reports and employee benefits programmes, including insurances, employee well-being in accordance with policies.Manage employee centre / Microsoft TeamsGenerate, produce and manage employee-related reports as per regulatory/legislative requirements, and other company requirements. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent is preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource functional areas of HR operations, Talent Acquisitions. Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data Able to work immediately or within a short notice period Knowledge and experience of MS Office, HRIS system is essential
