Business Analysis – Giving in Reports/Presentations to Supervisors, Finance and Management.
SPOC daily operational requirement and supports for Gift Card & E-voucher Business Operations.
Adaptive Strategies for Coping with Products/Stock and Processes at the Stores.
Coordination for Bulk Merchandise Sales & Daily support
Designing Processes – SOP-IB.
Institutional Business - Effective Cost Analysis.
SPOC for handling department Audits.
SPOC for handing Customer Queries, Complaints regarding the Gift Card, E-voucher and Amazon Wallet Redemption.
Taking up Business Requirements in terms of Gift Card, E-voucher & SS Wallet with Program Partner (Backend Technology Team) and accomplishing end to end Business Solution along with personal shoppers daily query handling.

Operational Efficiency
Compliance & Audit Completion on time
Vendor Management & agreement completion on time.
TAT time of 24hrs for resolving store Queries
Monthly MIS and Department reports
