Responsibilities

: Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue generation and enhancement from the assigned area and team. Reaching the set targets and goals product wise and value wise for all subordinates. Field working with subordinates for customer visits and ensuring perfect implementation of company designed strategies. Utilizing assigned and available resources to generate, maintain and grow sales volumes year on year. Responsible for ROI. Supervising the engagement activities planned and executed by the sales team and taking follow ups from the team to ensure the desired results of the program. Rapport building with key customers to improve sales volumes Planning for sales numbers for the team and getting them achieved from the team Looking after inventory management and distribution channel TM wise and distributor wise. Ensuring timely reporting from the team for all activities. Motivation to the Territory Managers for being charged up and improving themselves on sales and other parameters Managing performance appraisals for all Territory Managers in coordination with HR department.

Required Skills:

Leadership Skill Man Management Skill Excellent Communication skill

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
